We have a few pets we are watching for a few days.
One fish and one frog.



They are fun to watch. Well, the frog is fun to watch. The fish is kind of boring, but the frog is entertaining. He stays underwater 24/7 and has great webbed feet which Max pretends to tickle from outside the container. Our neighbors went out of town for a few days and asked if we could keep an eye on them. The boys are really excited! We are trying to come up with names for them since their owners haven't officially named them after having them for a few years. So far Max wants to name them Froggy and Fishy (so original). Russell thinks the fish should be named Mary and the frog Gizmo. Nothing is official yet since they have to agree.

Let's hope they can stand the constant tapping on the side of the tank, faces pressed up against their tank, and little fingers poking in their water from time to time. If they can make it here, they can make it anywhere.
